The LINC Exchange Program brought together Bangladeshi and American
Students this week, and the recorded part of the experience on video
tape. Students from the two countries will perform community
service projects over the next year, and each student will make a
documentary about his or her own project. This was a chance for
the students to get their feet wet with film making before they are
responsible for an entire production on their own.
Each team picked a team name and chose its own topic. Five teams
compiled the following short films with just three days of shooting.
Click on them links to download a version of the film suitable for your
internet connection. The Dial-up link will work reasonably for a 38k modem (file sizes
around 1-2 megabytes), the Broadband Option is for DSL or cable connections (10-20
megabytes). The Insanely Fast Broadband Option is for video
connoisseurs only -- the files are up to 50 megabytes in size, with
resolution higher than your TV set.
