On April 5, 2007, GCE students in Gazipur participated in a drawing program titled "Drawing for the Future" with the visiting US exchange students under the Linking Individual, Culture and Knowledge (LINC). Ten US students and about 30 Bangladeshi students from Joydebpur Girls High School and Rani Bilashmoni Boys High School took part in the event. Later, the art works jointly completed by the Bangladeshi and US students were displayed at the school campus on the occasion of Global Youth Service Day 2007.

The Global Connections and Exchange Project – Bangladesh is a project of Relief International - Schools Online's Global
Citizenship & Youth Philanthropy Program and has been made possible with major funding from the United States State Department Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, and the Global Catalyst Foundation.
